STORE REFUND & CANCELATION POLICY: Online sales are final. Cancellation may occur if product has not yet shipped. If an item is damaged in shipment, please call 650-560-9600 for return instructions. 

PRIVACY POLICY: We collect personal information required to answer your questions, fulfill your orders, and communicate information about our website and products. We do not share your personal information EVER. We do not retain payment information. 

FULFILLMENT POLICY: We ship within 24 hours of your order, Monday through Friday, within the continental United States using Priority service through USPS, which customarily arrives in 2 business days. Longer delivery times may occur in areas of high-COVID 19. A $10 fee is charged for orders under $125 at the time of checkout. Orders over $125 receive complimentary shipping.
